Hello, I’m Nadine, the founder of The Talk.
As an educator for over 12 years, I’ve seen first-hand how important it is for young people to feel informed, confident, and supported as they grow. That’s why I created The Talk-to provide engaging, age-appropriate puberty and health sessions for students across schools in the UAE. My mission is simple: to normalise conversations around growing up, reduce stigma, and empower children to step into this new stage of life with confidence.
Hand Curated Boxes
Alongside our school talks, I also curate Period Boxes which are thoughtful starter kits filled with the essentials and comforting extras to help children feel prepared for their first period. These boxes are designed to make the experience less overwhelming and more positive, both for children and their families.
The Talk is more than a service-its a safe space where students can ask questions and know that what they are going throguh isc completely normal.
I’m passionate about making sure no child feels alone in their journey, and I’m proud to be part of a growing movement that puts open, supportive conversations about puberty and health at the heart of education.
